Rochester, NY - The Lazers had one final matchup of 2024 at Division II Monroe Community College.
Onondaga's starting five included Freshman
Lundyn McCutchen in her first career start. McCutchen was the Lazers second leading scorer on the day with a career high 14 points and 5 rebounds. The Lazers took an early lead outscoring the Tribunes 30-11 in the first quarter. Kate Grainger went 5-9 from three and led with 20 points. Freshman
Mary Hamer had her first career double-double with 12 points and 15 rebounds.
The 92-63 win makes Onondaga 7-2 headed into the Spring semester which will kick off January 6th and 7th when the Lazers will head down to the city to take on non-region opponents Kingsborough and Hostos Community College.
