Syracuse, NY - Men's Basketball had their first regular season game this Saturday against 4-year Paul Smith's College. The Lazers start the season 0-1 falling to the Bobcats 118-95.
Coach Hulbert's starting five included Sophomores
Gage Kielmann, 6-5 Forward
Joseph Guerrero, and new faces, Guard,
Jackson Forte out of Connecticut, Guard,
Gavyn Hogue out of Corning, and Guard
Devonte Gordon out of Queens, NY.Â
Kielmann led the Lazers with a strong showing finishing with 20 points on the day going 6-15 from the arc. Guerrero had 11 points and 4 rebounds and Forte put up 10 points. 6-5 Freshman Fabian Fermin out of Albany finished with 13 points and 6 rebounds off the bench for the Lazers. Freshman
Lincoln Baldwin from Schenectady put in 29 minutes off the bench for the Lazers with 8 points and 4 rebounds.

The men are back at it this Wednesday, November 6th in their first conference matchup against Genesee Community College in Allyn Hall at 7:30pm following the women.
