Syracuse, NY - Men's Basketball hosted conference opponent, Finger Lakes Community College Wednesday night in Allyn Hall. The Lakers were 0-4 entering Wednesday's game before the Lazers gave them their first season win, 92-74.
Regardless of a 5-0 start to the game for OCC, a 20-0 run for the Lakers gave them the lead that they would hold for the rest of the game. The Lazers trailed 43-24 at halftime. With a game total 27 turnovers, the Lazers were unable to close the gap and took an 18-point loss to the Lakers.
Gage Kielmann led with 19 points, still leading Region III averaging 21.4 points per game.
Fermin Fabian had his first career double-double with 16 points and 11 rebounds.

Onondaga will travel to Jamestown Community College this weekend for a matchup with the 1-7 Jayhawks at 3pm.
