Watertown, NY - The Lazers faced the Jefferson Cannoneers and Fulton-Montgomery Raiders this weekend at Jefferson's Regional Tri-Match. The Lazers suffered two losses bringing them to 9-5 on the season.
The Lazers took on Jefferson in the day's first match at 11am. The two teams had a similar outcome to their last meeting just a few weeks ago with the Lazers taking the loss 3 sets to 1. Cara Wilson led in game one with 10 kills.
Alexsis Knox had 23 assists and
Nevaeh Baker led the defense with 12 digs.
Onondaga stayed on the floor for game two of the day. The Lazers struggled against the strong Raider program losing 3 sets to none.
Kara Stephens had 7 kills in game two. Knox had 16 assists and Baker had 11 digs.
The Lazers are back at it Tuesday, October 8th at 6pm at Genesee Community College for single match with the Cougars whom they previously defeated 3 sets to none at Onondaga's Regional Tri-Match.
