Batavia, NY - Women's Soccer traveled to Genesee Community College taking a 2-0 win over the Cougars and advancing to 8-1.
Both goals were scored in the first 20 minutes of th contest for OCC.
Harmony Russell put the Lazers on the board with a goal on an assist from
Ellysia Germain. The Lazers extended their lead just a minute and a half later where
Justine Borte put one in the back of the next with the assist from
Jolie Saliego. Goalkeeper
Geona Wood recorded 2 saves in goal contributing to the shutout.
The Lazers have a break until next Wednesday, October 9th when they'll travel to Herkimer Community College to take on the 5-2-2 Generals. This will be the two team's first meeting since the 2023 Region III Championship where Onondaga took a 3-2 win over Herkimer.
