Women's Basketball kicked off the new year at Cayuga Community College on Saturday and hosted Genesee Community College on Sunday. The Lazers picked up where they left off and defeating the Spartans 87-46 and a 93-32 win over the Cougars.

Mallory Brooks showed out on the weekend going 45% from three. Brooks led with 18 points over the Spartans going 6-13 from three and 12 points against the Cougars with 4 three's. Cianna Papineau led with 13 over the Cougars.

Onondaga remains No. 1 in the region and No. 6 in the nation for the 6th week in a row.

The Lazers will look to continue to dominate opponents hosting Corning Community College this Wednesday, January 24th at 5:30pm. The Lazers defeated the Red Barons 65-29 in early December.
