Syracuse, NY - The Men's Lacrosse team defeated Genesee Community College this weekend on Wilbur Field for the play-in game of the tournament.
The Lazers defeated the Cougars 23-12. Sophomores,
Anahalihs Doxtator and
Gregory Elijah-Brown led the Lazers with 8 goals each for Elijah-Brown's 100th career goal and adding him a spot in the record book on the list for most career goals.
The Lazers now officially travel to Bel-Air, MD for the semi-final round of the tournament. Onondaga enters the Final Four as the No. 3 seed and will likely face the No. 2 Nassau Lions this Saturday, May 13th. The two teams met in the beginning of the season and Onondaga fell 9-12 to the Lions.
