Dryden, NY - The
Men's Lacrosse team took a drive down 81 this past Tuesday to grab a road win with a 27-0 victory over Tompkins-Cortland Community College. This is the team's 7th win in a row and 2nd consecutive shutout this season.
Onondaga's continued impenetrable defense and dominant offensive performances by
Gregory Elijah-Brown and Anahalis Doxtator led their 27-0 victory over the Panthers. The Lazers have scored an average of 30 goals per game in their last three victories.
vs. Hudson Valley: 25
vs. Mohawk Valley: 39
at Tompkins-Cortland: 27
Onondaga remains the No.1 seed in the region and No. 3 in the nation.
In addition to the victories, two of Lazers will be added to the archives of OCC Men's Lacrosse's records this week.
Thunder Hill's 10 goals against Mohawk Valley and
Gregory Elijah-Brown's 10 goals scored against Tompkins-Cortland CC officially tie them with the current record of most individual goals scored per game. Hill and Elijah-Brown sit alongside of 2015's Sean Lattimore and 2017's Terrence Haggerty's 10-goal performances.
For their last regular season contest, the men will host Finger Lakes Community College on Saturday, April 22nd at 12pm on Wilbur Field before their regional opponent is determined.
