Arnold, MD - Our No. 3 ranked Women's Lacrosse traveled to Maryland this weekend looking for redemption against the No. 1 ranked Riverhawks of Anne Arundel. The two teams met two weeks prior on Wilbur Field where the Riverhawks defeated the Lazers 19-8 for their one loss of the season.
The Lazers were unable to find the net and were held scoreless in the first quarter of the matchup.
Zhane Holmes was able to penetrate the Riverhawk defense scoring the Lazer's first goal.
Jadie Burns contributed one of her own on the assist from Selena Keye. The Lazers entered the half trailing 10-2. The Riverhawk momentum carried into the second half scoring 6 in the third and 4 in the 4th for a final of 19-4.

Maddison Sage scored the Lazers two goals in the second half.
OCC will look for a win tomorrow, April 18th at 4pm on Wilbur Field against North Country Community College.
