Syracuse, NY - Wednesday, the men's lacrosse team battled it out against Herkimer Community College Generals in a region three matchup. The Lazers started the game hot, taking a commanding lead in the first quarter, outscoring the Generals 12-2. The Generals could not close the gap, and the Lazers won 27-8.
Offensively, the Lazers were led by freshman attacksÂ
Gregory Elijah-Brown,
Damon Doxtator, and
Anahalihs Doxtator. Elijah-Brown scored four goals on seven shots, three assists and added two ground balls. Anahalihs had three goals on six shots, seven assists, and one caused turnover. Damon added three goals on seven shots and four assists. Freshman Attack
Caden Mann went 12 for 15 on faceoffs and added five ground balls.
The Lazers look to extend their win streak and defend Charles R. Wilbur Field when they take on Monroe Community College Tribunes on April 9th at 12:00 pm.
