Game Recap: Women's Basketball | | Curtis Hitchman

Lazers Win Streak Extends to 12

Syracuse, NY- The women's basketball team traveled to Corning CC on Saturday where they defeated the Red Barons 65-43, outscoring them 35-17 in the second half. Sunday, the women's basketball team faced off against Tompkins Cortland CC. The Lazers secured the win 76-26 by outscoring the Panthers 38-8 in the first half. 

On Saturday, Macey Deordio led the Lazers with 17 points, 7 assists, and 6 rebounds. Hannah Durand added 15 points and 3 assists. Sunday, the Lazers were led once again by Deordio with 17 points, 4 assists, and 6 rebounds.

The Lazers will travel to Finger Lakes CC on February 2nd for their next game against the Lakers at 6:00 pm. Their next home game will be February 3rd when they will battle it out against SUNY Broome CC in Allyn Hall at 5:00 pm.
