Our women went on the road this weekend to travel to Herkimer CC and SUNY Adirondack and ended the weekend a victorious 2-0. They defeated the Herkimer Generals 76-56 and the Adirondack Timberwolves 76-34.
 
The Lazers had a strong offensive showing outscoring the Generals in all four quarters of the game. The victory was a team-wide effort with double-doubles from Zhané Holmes with 16 points and 10 rebounds and Julia Logana with 10 points and thirteen rebounds. Avianna Baker, Macey Deordio, and Hannah Durand all contributed double-digit scoring as well.
 
The Lazers continued their strong offense on Sunday shooting 40% from the field and 50% from three. Macey Deordio led the Lazers with 19 points and 5 assists and Zhané Holmes reflected her performance with her second double-double of the weekend with another 16 points and 10 rebounds.
 
Zhané Holmes was awarded player of the game for both contests this weekend.
 
The Lazers will look to continue their 5-game winning streak as they travel to Binghamton this Wednesday, December 8^th at 6pm to face off against Broome Community College.
