Baseball Splits With Tompkins Cortland On Sophomore Day

The Onondaga Lazers split their series with Tompkins Cortland on Saturday. The Lazers won game one, 3-2 and lost game two,  4-1. With the split, Onondaga moves to 12-23 on the season.

Game 1
Down 2-1 going into the bottom of the 7th, Pinch hitter Mitchell Taylor drove in Joe Mallaro (who hit a one out double) with the tying run. After a walk to pinch hitter Pedro Gonzalez, Antonio Nesci-Cruz singled to knock in Taylor with the winning run. Mallaro was 3 for 3 on the day
