The fourth raked Onondaga women's basketball team defeated Finger Lakes, 77-41 on Saturday. With the win, Onondaga moves to 20-5 overall and 17-0 in Regional play.
Sydni Eure led the way for the Lazers, scoring a team high 21 points while adding 9 rebounds against the Lakers. Eure entered the the game only eight points shy of 1000 career points. Eure recorded her eighth point half way through the first quarter making her the newest member of the elite 1000 point club. Sophomore teammates
Robbie Wucher added 12 points while her sister Karleigh Wucher added 8 points and 7 rebounds.  Fellow sophomore
Danielle Yates scored 3 points while adding 3 rebound and 3 assists.
Jayda Humphrey scored 5 points on the night.Â
