The fifth raked Onondaga women's basketball team defeated Herkimer, 78-57 on Saturday. With the win, Onondaga moves to 9-2 overall. The Lazers are now 6-0 in Regional play and sit in first place.

Amber Meigs led the way for the Lazers, scoring a team high 19 points against the Generals. Teammates Sydni Eure and Katelyn Karleski each scored in double figures. Eure finished with 17 points and 11 rebounds while Karleski finished with 12 points.
 
The Lazers travel to Buffalo, NY to take on Villa Maria College Sunday, December 9 at 1:00pm.
