The Onondaga women's basketball team defeats Rowan, 79-40, on Sunday. With the win, Onondaga moves to 2-1 overall and 2-1 in Regional play. Katelyn Karleski led the way for the Lazers, scoring a team-high 20 points against the Roadrunners. Teammate Namir Davis also put up double-digits against the Roadrunners, ending the day with 12 points. Holly Sleeth led the Lazers on defense with 7 steals
The Lazers remain at home, as they host Schenectady Community College at 5:00 p.m. for more Region III action on Saturday.
