Box Score The Lazers started their season with a home opener against Finger Lakes CC.  The Lazers jumped out early and won the first set 25-13.  Finger Lakes came right back in the second set.  Mistakes were costly to the Lazers and lost 18-25.  The next two sets the Lazers started to find their rhythm and won 25-19 and then 25-16.  It was a balanced effort throughout the match.  Maggie Prusinowski and Riley Carlucci led with 9 kills a piece with Prusinowski adding 12 digs.  Kayla Bryant let with 28 assists and added 7 kills and 9 digs.  Alexis McLaggan chipped in 5 kills of her own. Sara DeFruscio and Sheba Jackson added 6 and 7 kills respectively.  Mya Streiff led the back court with 16 digs. 

The Lazers now look ahead to their first road match of the season as they prepare to take on SUNY Broome Wednesday, September 6
