Rochester, N.Y. – Sophomore Cheyenne Burnam and freshman Madison Pritchard both netted two goals apiece in the opening 10 minutes of play during the NJCAA national semifinal game to help propel the Lazers to a 17-6 victory and a chance at a national title today at 1 p.m.
Pritchard led all scorers with 10 points on six goals and four assists, while Burnam finished the game with seven points on six goals and one assist. Brigid Regin added two goals and three assists for the offense.
Goalie Mia Pascuzzi stopped four shots and allowed just six goals.
Onondaga (13-3) will face NJCAA Region III foe Monroe Community College today in the NJCAA Championship game slated for 1 p.m. The game will take place in Rochester, NY on the campus of Monroe,
