Second-Ranked Women’s Lacrosse Closes Out Regular Season with 17-2 Win over Herkimer College

Herkimer, N.Y. – Cheyenne Burnam netted three goals to help lead the second-ranked Onondaga Community College women's lacrosse team to a 17-2 victory over Herkimer College Friday evening.

Jaycie Annable (2-0), Brigid Regin (2-0), Natalie Parkins (2-0), Victoria Thompson (2-0) and Nina Schaefer (2-0) each tallied two points apiece, while Madison Pritchard (1-0), Jordan Osborne (1-0), Katie Cordone (1-0) and Erin Dingman (1-0) booked one point each for the Lazers offense.

Mia Pascuzzi, two goals against with five saves, and the Onondaga defense have held the opposition under ten goals for the 11th time this year in 12 attempts.

The Lazers (11-2), winners of seven straight, advance to the Region III Championships next weekend on the campus of Onondaga Community College at David W. Murphy field.
