Syracuse, N.Y. – Samuel Watts and Doug Jamieson were nearly perfect from the face-off circle going 15-16 and 10-11 respectively for an overall 25-27 on draws to help lead the second-ranked Onondaga Community College men's lacrosse team to a 27-3 win over Monroe Community College Saturday afternoon at David W. Murphy field on "sophomore day."
Cam Horn scored five goals, while Larson Sundown (3-3) and Matthew Bennett (2-4) added six points each to help lead the Lazers offensively. Kyle Killen (4-1) and Thomas McNaney (3-2) added five points apiece on the afternoon.
Goalies Holden McDonald and James Schnepf split time in goal as McDonald registered eight saves and Schnepf with four to hold the Tribunes to just three goals.
