Box Score Onondaga Women's Basketball earns their sixth win of the season with a, 85-62, triumph over North Country Community College.
Jordan Vaught led her team to victory going 8 for 10 from the floor and 3 for 3 from behind the arc. The Sophomore Captain produced her best performance of the season totaling 22 points, 7 assists, 5 steals and 6 rebounds in the win.
Onondaga led the Saints, 22-9, after the first quarter from the hard work of freshman forward
Sam Britton, scoring twelve of her fourteen points. The Lazers were outscored in the second, 12-16, to enter halftime with a, 34-25, lead.
OCC came out of the locker room on fire, shooting .971 from the floor in the third quarter, and cruised to victory during the fourth when they gained as much as a 24 point lead over NCCC.
Morgan Deland continued her dominant play in the paint adding 15 points and 8 rebounds, while
Jaleya Bryant (13 points) went 5 for 6 from the hardwood and perfect from the line.
The Lazers hit the floor again tomorrow as they take on Clinton Community College at 12pm in Allyn Hall.
