Box Score Onondaga was defeated by SUNY Sullivan, 82-75, in the championship game of the Onondaga Classic on Sunday afternoon.

The Lazers fell to an early 14 -2 deficit in the first half and never recovered, being down as many as 20 points in the middle of the third quarter. Onondaga battled until the end but the Generals maintained control of the game by scoring 51% from the floor, handing OCC their first loss of the season.

Hope Defazio and Sam Britton each scored 16 points for the Lazers. Morgan Deland recorded 10 points, Cassidy Rattray had 9 points and Jordan Vaught notched 6 points and 7 assists.

Onondaga looks to rebound against Monroe Community College on Thursday, November 10th in the SRC Arena and Events Center. Tip-off is at 5pm.
