Box Score #9 Mohawk Valley Community College ends the season for #8 Onondaga on Monday evening in a play-in game into the NJCAA Region III playoffs.
 
Mohawk valley took advantage of a corner kick in the 22^nd minute of the game, when Joelle Ceneviva headed the ball past Lazers keeper Jillian Firenze. The Lazers had their chances but the Mohawk Valley keeper held her ground to earn the shutout victory.
 
Onondaga completed the 2016 season with an overall record of 7-11-1.
