The eighth-ranked Onondaga Community College softball team picked up two more wins on Thursday afternoon after sweeping both ends of a doubleheader against Niagara County Community College in Sanborn.

With the wins, Onondaga improves to games above .500 at 19-9 while the Thunderwolves fall to 7-17 on the season.

The Lazers earned a 7-3 win in the first game of the twin billing before putting up 13 runs in a nine-run rout in the nightcap, 13-4.

Onondaga will return to action at 4 p.m. on Friday when it visits Monroe Community College in Rochester for a Region III doubleheader.
