Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 | Box Score 3 Monroe Community College defeated Jefferson Community College, 25-8 25-23, to capture the championship of the 2015 Cara Bryant Memorial Volleyball Tournament on Saturday.  Tribunes setter Montana Viscovi was named Tournament Most-Valuable Player.

Onondaga split two round robin games in the morning, falling to Genesee Community College, 25-17 25-13, before beating SUNY Delhi, 28-26 25-13.  The Lazers finished the round robin portion 2-2, and were seeded #6 in the playoff round, where they dropped a tough 3-set match to Jefferson, 25-18 23-25 15-12.

The Lazers' Isabella Winklestine was named to the All-Tournament team.  She was joined by Dayle Taber and Rose Ayala of Monroe, Cassie Birth and Chloe Stinebrickner of Jefferson, Maddison VanEtten of SUNY Broome, Joy Clark of Delhi, Katee Martinez of Finger Lakes Community College, Amanda Modesto of Genesee, and Morgan Crimi of Northampton Community College.

The Lazers return to action next Saturday when they travel to Erie Community College for NJCAA Region III POD play.  Onondaga will face the host Kats along with Niagara County Community College and Jamestown Community College.
