Box Score Syracuse, NY - The Onondaga Community College Women's Basketball team (2-0) extended their 5-year home court win streak to 62 in a hard-fought 65-61 victory over nationally-ranked SUNY Sullivan (1-1) in the championship game of the Onondaga Community College Classic.

After being down by 9 (33-24) at halftime, Sullivan came back in the second half to tie the game at 53-53 with 7:20 left in the game.  Onondaga then went on a 6-0 run and maintained the lead for the remainder of the game.  The Lady Lazers were paced in scoring by tournament Most Outstanding Player Allie Taylor (Hannibal) (15) and all-tournament selection, Jenn Deuel (Whitesboro) (12).  Joining Taylor and Deuel on the all-tournament team were Antoinette Grant (Delaware County CC), Brianna Morales (Northampton CC), Grace Geist (Sullivan) and Regina Steele (Sullivan).

Onondaga continues its season with an away game at Genesee Community College at 7pm on Thursday, November 7.
