The Onondaga Community College women's soccer team finished in 4th place in the National Junior College Athletic Association women's soccer West Division and will host East Division #5, Herkimer County Community College, in a 1st Round Division III Regional Tournament game this Saturday at 12:00 noon. The game will be played on David W. Murphy Field on the Onondaga campus.
Onondaga closed out the regular season with a 4-0 win at Jamestown Community College-Cattaraugus County on Wednesday evening. The Lazers finished the regular season with an overall record of 12-6, with one of the victories a 1-0 win over Herkimer on September 3. The Generals enter regional play with an overall record of 8-5-1. The winner of Saturday's contest will play at East Division #1 seed Mohawk Valley Community College next Tuesday, October 22nd.
