Sean St. Denis coached his first season as head of the Women’s Soccer program in the season of 2022 after serving as the assistant of the men’s program from 2015-2022.
 
St. Denis led the Lazers to 7-6-1 in his first season (2022), earning a Region III tournament appearance.
 
St. Denis led Onondaga to an MSAC title in his second year (2023) with a 5-0 conference record. The Lazers went 13-4-1 with the programs’ first ever Region III title and National tournament appearance. St. Denis coached MSAC Player of the Year, Harmony Russell.
 
St. Denis returned his strong squad in 2024, earning another MSAC and Region 3 title. Another undefeated season in conference, he earned MSAC Coach of the Year. The Lazers finished the 12-3-1 season at the National tournament after losing the first round game against Region 3 opponent, Mohawk Valley, in penalty kicks. St. Denis coached Harmony Russell to another MSAC Player of the Year title.
