Tom Bonus joined the Onondaga Community College Athletic Department in April of 2024.
Bonus was the Head Coach of the LeMoyne Dolphins Men's Soccer program since 2000 (22 seasons), where he has lead them to extreme success and a career coaching record of 249-136-37 (.634) with the most wins in program history. He is a 2x Northeast-10 Conference Coach of the Year (2004 & 2018) with Conference Championships in 2005 and 2009. He finished 2022 ranked 14th among active Division II coaches with 275 career victories. Some of these victories come from his career prior to LeMoyne. Bonus was the assistant men's soccer coach at Hobart College for three seasons and served as the Director of Coaching and Player Development for the New York State West Olympic Development Program. He also served one season as the assistant men's soccer coach at his alma mater, SUNY Plattsburgh, prior to taking over as the Keuka College Head Coach in 1994 until 1996.
Bonus resides in Memphis, N.Y. with his wife, Carrie, and their daughter, Riley.
