Utica, NY - Onondaga's Indoor Track program competed at Utica University in their opening meet competing among numerous 4-year programs as the only 2-year representative.
Freshman
Hannah Wagner and
Taylor Rubar ran the 200m for the women. Wagner finished 7th out of 33 with a time of 27.35.
Kaitlyn Fico represented the Lazers in the 1-mile run with a time of 6:50.54.
Elliot Boak finished 20th in the shot put with a distance of 9.47m as well as 7.51m in the Weight Throw.
On the men's side, Caleb Adegbenle and
Jacai Sanders ran the 200m Dash with times of 24.93 (Adegbenle) and 25.48 (Sanders).
Kristian Manabo placed in the top 10 of the 600m Run with a time of 1:45.12. Cross Country All-American
Paul Clark finished 5th in the Men's 1-Mile Run with a time of 4:33.93. His teammates
Ashton Murdock,
Cayden McKay, and
Michael Jocz ran the 1-Mile as well. Two Onondaga foursomes competed in the 4x200m relay. The team of Freshman,
Ny'Quez Madison,
Ladaryle Watkins,
Julian Jones, and
Bradock Salisbury finished 2nd with a time of 1:34.18. Jai'lynn Holloman, Peyton Hickey,
Declan Pridmore, and
Gavin Hickey placed 4th in the Men's 4x00m with a time of 3:43.37.
Ladaryle Watkins brought home a score of 1.7m in the Men's High Jump.
Ny'Quez Madison finished 12th in the Long Jump with a 6.34m jump. Parish Morrison,
Bradley Hollis, Max St. Leger, and
Anthony Spencer took place in the Men's Shot Put. Morrison led the pack with a throw of 11.29m.
The Lazers next meet will take place at SUNY Brockport on February 7th and 8th.
