Syracuse, NY - The Women's Lacrosse team hosted the Monroe Tribunes this weekend for their final regular season matchup. The two teams met one week prior in Rochester and duked it out in a double OT thriller with Onondaga taking a 13-12 win. With Monroe traveling to Cuse looking for revenge, the Lazers held strong and took care of business once more with a 15-11 victory against the Tribunes.
Isabella Commesso led the Lazers to the win with four goals. Sophomore,
Jadie Burns, returned to the field after being out for the majority of the season due to a hamstring injury. Eager to return, she put up three herself alongside
Macey DeOrdio with another three.

Onondaga is the No. 1 seed in the Region finishing with an 8-2 overall record and 6-0 regional record. They will receive a first round bye in the tournament and will play in the Regional championship against the winner of No. 2 Monroe and No. 3 Genesee at OCC on Sunday, May 5th at 12pm.
