Sanborn, NY - The men headed West this week to Niagara County College for a regional matchup against the Thunderwolves.
The Thunderwolves were first on the board off a penalty kick in the 20th minute of the contest. The score remained 0-1 for the remainder of the first half and 15 minutes into the second when Onondaga found their first goal scored by
Gursharndeep Singh off an assist from
Tyler Wavercak. The Lazers finally found their offensive groove and providing a sigh of relief finishing Niagara 4-1.
Samuel Gregson had two goals on the day.
Jordan Williams had two saves in goal.
Onondaga received another win over the Erie Kats as a regional forfeit and bringing them to 9-1-1. The men are ranked No. 4 in the region behind the Mohawk Valley Hawks, who they'll take on this Wednesday at 6:30pm in Utica, NY at Utica-Proctor High School.
