Watertown, NY - Men's Soccer moved to an overall record of 5-2 after a win against the Jefferson Cannoneers this past Sunday. The Lazers put up the first goal of the game in the 18th minute scored by
Salvador Gomes assisted by
Caio Hughes. Both teams were scoreless for the remainder of te first half.
The Cannoneers put up the first goal of the second half to tie it up 1-1. In the 65th minute, the Lazers took the lead with a goal from
Sam Gregson from
Hughes' second assist of the day. The Lazers secured the win with a final score of 2-1.
Ryan Lyle recorded 6 saves in goal.
The Lazers will host SUNY ESF this Wednesday at 630pm.
