Syracuse, NY- The Lazers are proud to announce the addition of E-Sports to its varsity sports. Athletic Director, Mike Borsz, has announced that Keith Edwards will become the programs first E-Sport Coach. Edwards currently serves an Audio Visual Specialist on campus. "With its growing popularity, we are excited to add E-Sports to the list of sports offered at OCC. Keith is the perfect coach to help this program hit the ground running with his combination of experience and familiarity with our students," says Borsz 

"I am beyond blessed to have been chosen as the first head coach for Onondaga's E-Sports team. I am excited to get working on the program," says Edwards. "Not only building a place that the team can call home, but building a team that represents OCC with pride."

The Lazers E-Sports program will begin competing in Fall 2022.
