Lazers Split Back to Back Games Over the Weekend

The Lazers were on the road for a back to back this weekend with games against Finger Lakes and Genesee. The Lazers dominated their matchup against the Lakers on Saturday. Sunday, they dropped a close contest to the Tigers. 

Saturday, the Lazers traveled to Finger Lakes and dominated the Lakers 6-1. Six different Lazers scored goals throughout the contest. 

On Sunday, in a battle against a ranked Genesse team the Lazers put up a valiant fight in the first half before a run of scores in the second half put the Tigers on top. The Tigers scored three goals in the second hal to win the game. Ricky Gonzalez scored the lone goal for the Lazers and Ryan Lyle had eight saves on the day.

The Lazers will be back in action 10/8 as they host Fulton-Montgomery on Sophomore Day. The Lazers will recognize 15 Sophomores on the day.
