Golf Wins at Mohawk Valley

The Onondaga Lazers golf team competed at Oneida Community golf club Friday despite an early morning snow shower. The Lazers posted a team score of 320 to win the MVCC invitational by 9 strokes over Hudson Valley CC. Dean Matthews and Alex Regan both shot rounds of eight over par, 78, to tie for 2nd place overall individually. Right behind them was Colin Sloan shooting 79 and Brett Deerhouse with an 85. Other competitors included Frankie Mignacca 88 and Joe Murphy 89.
