The Lazers braved the elements again Sunday and managed to shoot their season best score of 309. Despite being 38 degrees and windy, the Lazers earned a 5 stroke victory at the Tompkins-Cortland CC Panthers Open.
Brett Deerhouse and
Colin Sloan both shot a round of 1 over par 71 with the winner of Saturdays tournament from Tompkins-Cortland, Dan Lapp. However,
Brett Deerhouse won the tiebreaker of hardest handicap hole to take home the tournament male medalist.
Alex Regan shot his season best score as well carding a round of 10 over par 81.
Dean Matthews and
Frankie Mignacca both shot rounds of 86 and
Joe Murphy was not far behind at 88.
The Lazers will look to continue their good play Friday at Oneida Country Club hosted by Mohawk Valley Community College.
