Box Score Onondaga traveled to Binghamton this afternoon to take on SUNY Broome in the NJCAA Region III quarter-finals. 

Kyle Demo took advantage of a penalty kick to get the Lazers on the scoreboard first, followed by Nick Bitz scoring his sixth of the season with the help of Lucas Roberts. A winner could not be decided in regulation, sending the evenly matched teams into overtime. The Hornets scored in the first overtime period to defeat Onondaga 3-2 and move on in the NJCAA Region III playoffs.

Onondaga completed the 2016 season with an overall record of 9-6-2.
