Box Score The Onondaga Community College men's soccer team dropped a nail bitter to Cayuga Community College, 1-0, on Wednesday night at David W. Murphy Field.

What turned out to be the game-winning  goal came in the 25th minute when Cayuga was able to sneak one past Chris Spaulding.

Onondaga tried to tally the equalizer, blasting three shots in the game's final moments, but it was not to be as the Spartans held on for the win.

Spaulding made five stops and moved to 1-2 on the season with a loss.  Joey Amato and Titan Butikima paced Onondaga with two shots apiece.

The Lazers return to play at 3 p.m. on Saturday when they travel to Jamestown Community College.
