Taylor Bouchard joined Onondaga's athletic department in March of 2025.
Prior to Onondaga, Bouchard was a physical education teacher for 3 years at an elementary school in Baltimore and also served as an apart time assistant for Towson track and field. The two years he worked with Towson, he aided the jumping events (long, triple, and high) while also coaching the pole vault his second year. During his time at Towson, he coached 8 All CAA Conference performers (finished top 8 at the conference championships).
Prior to Towson, Bouchard served as a volunteer assistant track and field coach at the University of Idaho where he also pursued his masters in Adult Organizational Leadership and Learning. He assisted the Vandal coaching staff of the sprint and jump groups.
Bouchard also coached as a graduate assistant in charge of high jump, long jump and triple jump at Dakota Wesleyan University, an NAIA institution. Every jumper on the roster saw a positive progression in one of their respective events, leading to six jump school records being broken, and many more Top 10 program performances. Bouchard contributed to two more school records in the pentathlon and heptathlon as he was responsible for the multis jump events. Five jumpers qualified for both the NAIA Indoor and NAIA Outdoor National Meets. These appearances were highlighted by Kamberlyn Lamer's National Championship win in both the Pentathlon and Heptathlon and Jared Rabenberg's third place finish in the high jump outdoors.
While a member of the coaching staff, the 2019 Dakota Wesleyan women's indoor and outdoor teams were nationally ranked in the top 25 by the NAIA USTFCCCA's National Rating Index. The National Rating Index also recognized the Dakota Wesleyan women triple jumpers as the number one 2019 NAIA Indoor Track triple jump squad in the country.
Bouchard competed as a student-athlete at St. Lawrence University in the triple jump, high jump, long jump, and 400m.
