Coach Herrmann has assisted with both the Men's and Women's Cross Country and Track & Field teams since 2015. She helped guide the 2016 Men's Cross Country team and 2017 Men's Track & Field team to the first NJCAA Region III Championship in the history of both programs. In addition, she aided in the success of three NJCAA Division III Track and Field Individual National Champions: Devlin Williams (2016-Long Jump), Andrew Hines (2017-Long Jump), and Jeff Menyah (2017-110m Hurdles).
Coach Herrmann was awarded for her successes on May 10, 2017 when she was named Northeast Region Men's Assistant Coach of the Year by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.
