Coach Herrmann is a graduate of Cicero-North Syracuse High School and has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Nazareth College in Rochester, NY. He majored in Business Administration with a sports management specialization. Â Coach Herrmann was a four year starter on the Nazareth men's golf team, earning the 2007-2008 Empire 8 Conference Rookie of the Year award and the 2010-2011 Empire 8 Sportsman of the Year award. He was named captain in 2010-2011 and became assistant coach of the men's and women's golf teams at Nazareth in the fall of 2011. Coach Herrmann joined the Lazers in 2014 as an assistant coach and has helped the golf team reach new heights. In the years as an assistant coach, the Lazers have placed 2nd and 1st in region III in two out of his first four years of coaching. The Lazers respectively finished 7th and 9th at the NJCAA Division III National Championships during those years.
